Refund Programs
1. Envelopes will be located at each location. Individuals who lose money may fill out a refund envelope and leave it for our route driver. At the time of service, the route driver will place the lost money in the envelope and leave it with a selected individual who will disburse the envelopes to each employee.
2. A selected individual will be given a small change bank and will disburse the refunds as necessary. Vogel Vending will replenish the bank when necessary.

Recycling
Because Vogel Vending is concerned about growing needs of the environment, we are currently looking for ways to improve our recycling program.

Account Management
Account managers are continually in contact with our clients to make sure that they are getting the quality services and products they deserve. It is the job of our account managers to see that all your needs are fulfilled. If at any time you would like to schedule a meeting with your account manager to discuss any changes, they will be happy to do so. Account managers will offer product promotions programs and equipment upgrades as available and needed.

Equipment
Vogel Vending only uses state of the art equipment. All equipment is installed with the newest technology in the industry.

Repairs
In the event a machine breaks down (and occasionally it will happen), our policy is to get you up and running ASAP. Currently our average response time is 2 hours. We have a technician on call 24 hours, 365 days a year. Each machine has our repair number displayed on it. Every technician has a system of communication to ensure that he is informed of your situation. Our technicians are required to inform each account of the situation status, i.e. parts ordered, persistent problems.  If a machine can not be properly repaired within a respectable time, it will be replaced.

Merchandising

Our goal is to have no empties. This means that if and when the customer wants a product, it is available. To ensure that our goal is met we monitor each account on an individual basis. After the machines are installed we begin our monitoring process to ensure customer satisfaction. If a special function is planned (such as inventory or an employee meeting) we will adjust your service cycle to accommodate for the additional volume.
