Refund Programs 1. Envelopes will be located at each location. Individuals who lose money may fill out a refund envelope and leave it for our route driver. At the time of service, the route driver will place the lost money in the envelope and leave it with a selected individual who will disburse the envelopes to each employee. 2. A selected individual will be given a small change bank and will disburse the refunds as necessary. Vogel Vending will replenish the bank when necessary. Recycling Because Vogel Vending is concerned about growing needs of the environment, we are currently looking for ways to improve our recycling program. Account Management Account managers are continually in contact with our clients to make sure that they are getting the quality services and products they deserve. It is the job of our account managers to see that all your needs are fulfilled. If at any time you would like to schedule a meeting with your account manager to discuss any changes, they will be happy to do so. Account managers will offer product promotions programs and equipment upgrades as available and needed. Equipment Vogel Vending only uses state of the art equipment. All equipment is installed with the newest technology in the industry.
